Allow different color for master branch

- add $GIT_PROMPT_MASTER_BRANCH - color for master branch
- add $GIT_PROMPT_MASTER_BRANCHES - branch name(s) that use
  $GIT_PROMPT_MASTER_BRANCH color, 'master' by default)

All other branches will continue to use $GIT_PROMPT_BRANCH
